We offer FREE shipping on your first return or exchange request for your order under the following conditions:

• Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

• All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with all tags intact.

• Exchanging your purchased item for a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.

• Your request will be reviewed immediately after its submission, and you should receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.

• Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are free for the first request, any further are on the customer.

• Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.

• All returns are executed through Instapay, wallet, or Telda card.

• All discounted items cannot be returned (applied in bundles too).

• All customer service emails will be replied on weekdays within the period from 12 AM to 8 PM.
